Network Brokers are carefully selected and evaluated using consistent criteria such as service, conversion, and accuracy. In addition, there are stringent agent qualifications, including experience, certification training, and criminal background check. This network was first formed in the 1960s to deliver the traditional corporate relocation benefits to transferring employees and their families. As time evolved, our company used this same network to include broker to broker referrals between agents. What better way to have a successful home sale or home purchase than by using a knowledgeable, trained, and background checked real estate agent! And, then came affinity membership-based programs. In 1990, Cartus was the first in the relocation industry to sign an Affinity client for membership-based real estate benefits, Navy Federal Credit Union.
